Refund Guidelines
We do accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate order(s).

Incorrect Product Version If you purchased the product for the wrong operating system (e.g., you intended to buy the Windows version but purchased the Mac version instead), you may buy the correct version and then contact us for a refund of the incorrect purchase.

Unresolved Technical Issues If the product has a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 30 days of your report, a refund will be issued.

Unwanted Auto-Renewal Auto-renewal charges are eligible for a refund within 7 days of renewal, except for monthly subscriptions.
Refund Requests That Are Not Accepted
The following reasons do not qualify for a refund:

Change of Mind Refund requests based on changing your mind after accessing the product (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I don’t want it now," or "It is not what I need") will not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund?

How Long Does a Refund Take?
